Hi everybody im new to this whole quading thing and im trying to upgrade my 5 year olds typhoon exhaust and carb. But heres the question I dont know what exhaust will fit since i dont even know who makes the typhoon. I think its a Sunl but not sure. I just purchased this quad. The guy said its a 2010. but the stickers on the quad say 2007.
I dont know what size carb is in there now. wanted just to upgrade it to a bigger one just one size bigger will do and a exhaust. Problem is the exhaust i read some people using has a straight pipe coming from the muffler straight down than looping up. Mine leaves the muffler makes a 45 degree turn in word. Straight across about 6 in than down than loops up to the head. The reason for the 45 degree turn is cause it goes around the frame pipe that would be in the way. Anybody know of any? exhaust and carb.

 

Oh one other thing iv been reading the forums and people are using the XR50 or CRF50 exhaust on our chinese quads. Only problem is that. the pipe that comes out of the muffler is straight out than dips down. On mine. the frame of the typhoon is in the way, mine takes a 45 degree in word out of the muffler than goes down like everybody elses.
