carb rebuild kit
#2
did you check to see if the float needle is stuck shut? try some ether in the air filter see if it starts up for a minute if it does then its down to the carb. You say rebuild did it come with a new pilot and main jets? the pilot jets seem to be a issue on theses quads i have serviced a few and the pilot jet is clogged. And trust me it doesnt take much to clog it

I overhauled my carb last year and had the same problem. Turned out I installed the float upside down. It will go together, but when you install the bowl it will push the float up and shut the fuel off. Took me a bit to figure that one out....

recently i rebuilt the carb and it came witth a different needle when i first put it in it was the oppisite it would idle fine but if i gave it a little gas it would kill and if i pegged it it would run read the sticky and figured out it was running lean by covering the air intake and it ran better so i took the needle out and put some washers on it to raise the needle up now it only runs if i give a little gas too much gas floods it out please help could it be the needles too high?
