I recently purchased a new SP500 five weeks ago and I just lubed the grease fittings last week. Today, when depressing the front suspension I noticed that it was squeaky. Is this regular for this quad or is something wrong? The noise isn't all that bad but the warrior and banshee don't cry when you compress the suspension. Thanks in advance for your help.

Aniel,
My Scrambler does that too... take some WD-40.. or something similar, and spray where the springs contact the spring cups at the top and bottom of your shocks.. Do both sides, push up and down several times, and spray them again.. Thats what mine ended up being. I bought shock covers for both front and rear of mine (from Polaris for about 30 bucks) and it helped but not eliminated the noise.. but they help to protect the struts themselves from mud and other crap..

mudmachine is right, my SP500 has always had a bit of a squeak...then I installed the heavy-duty springs and it got even worse. The WD40 is all I've come up with, too...but don't worry about it, it hasn't affected mine.
