Default Bent right handle

Hey guys,
Today is awesome sunny day with 62 degree in Winston Salem. I thought to take my Rancher for a quick drive. MY SH wanted to try it first in our yard (1 acre). She got a little over confident and tried to turn with a good speed. She tipped atv on right side. Any way to cut long story short, I noticed the right side of handle bar bent. Everything else is fine. Now how to rectify handle bar? Its riding straight and not pulling to any side. But it feels a little weird as both handle bars are not at same height and angle. Any suggestion? Thank.

Don't let her drive anymore! LOL...I would say that to have any shot at straightening them you will have to take them off the quad...or buy new.

Mudslinger lol... I fully agree. Funny thing was that she wanted to ride again after getting up and when I turned ATV on its wheels. Scared I said yeah but let me check it first and remove the mud and grass from it. lol...

I will check if taking it off the quad will help me straightening it. if not then I will have to buy a new. Thanks for the fun and suggestion.

Leave the bars on the quad. Remove the handgrip on the bent side. Slide a rod, pipe, dowel etc. into the bar, and tweak your handlebars till you get them straightened out.

@Did you step in something,
great idea worth trying far. I will try this weekend and let you know. How hard do you think it will be? I have no idea of sturdiness of the bar.

I would also leave it on the ATV and try to straighten it as mentioned above. It might be a good idea to remove the lines from that side of the bars and heat the bar up pretty good with a torch right where you want it to bend. It should bend much more easily with some heat on it, however it will also probably hurt the paint so you may just want to be prepared to shoot some gloss black spray paint back on it if it does. Good luck!

I would try it without the heat 1st if you can get enuff leverage with a pipe or such it should bend fairly easily, if not then try the heat. But be careful as the metal is fairly thin and the last thing you want to do is burn a hole in the handle bars. You should be able to get it pretty close if you take time and be careful. Good luck.
