My low beams work just fine, but when I switch it to high, the filament barely lights up, as in so weak even if it's pitch black out it does not conduct a beam. And only one filament comes on, in the right light I believe, are both supposed to come on or just the one? Not sure where to troubleshoot this, if it is the bulbs or in the wiring, any ideas?
