My override button let's me go fast in reverse but it will not let the front wheels engage I have not noticed any noise or anything like that it just won't engage the front wheels. And the 4wd does work in forward gears. I have no idea.

 

Roll cage problems were what happened most on these,but then again it could be a simple ground problem also. Don't know if this helps,but here's what one guy did.
