Well, after approx 1 hour of riding the traxter with the new motor, I'm checking out the engine and what do I see, but oil bubbling out of the
coolant overflow tank. Oh...i'm sOOO happy. I look in the radiator and what do I see?? I wonderful oil & coolant stew. I'M A HAPPY GUY!

It's back at the installing dealer...headgasket?

JohnC, That's amazing !!!! Who is doing the work? and what is going on? How does that mixture happen? and man-o-man does Bombardier know what has taken place.

Stay cool, let us get mad for you. Stay on them until it's right.

Also, I once posted to you asking where the defective parts went and if they got back to you as to what the problem (1st one) was. Again, who is doing the work on your ATV? Bombardier qualifies Mech's in Wisconsin, but not sure if it's Madison or LaCrosse. Chez, that really sucks to read about,

Agree on the bad luck, but as was said, stick with them, Bombardier will get it fixed, then you will smile like the rest of us.

For my dealer, his mechanic went to the ATV schools in Orlando, FL, is one happy mechanic, does great work, knows what he is doing.

As we all know all trained mechanics are NOT great and some are very very good.

Hope you find one of the latter ones.
