broken spring adjuster on new 2013 outty 1000
#1
drove 90 miles to ride- pulled it off the trailer, then used the spanner wrench to adjust the shock spacer- and the spacer broke
the spring & spacer fell to the bottom of the a-arm.
took it to a can-am dealer 22 miles away and told him what happened-
he didn't have any shocks available to steal a good part from -so he used a steel hose clamp to temporarily hold the adjuster together so I could salvage some ride time. The clamp worked great- and it took quite a rocky bashing up at Pisgah state park in new hampshire-
I just bought the atv last week, so no issues having it replaced.
anyone else experience an issue with the spring adjusters being stuck and breaking?

I would say, "Don't know your own strength", but I know better.
That rots. I'm not sure I like having a quad built in Mexico as much as all the others that are built in the US. I've had a couple small issues related to shoddy building at the plant. The only other one I've bought brand new was my Sportsman X2 that didn't really have any problems for the first 3,000 miles or so.
