Default 440ex engine noise

got a noise coming from my motor sounds like the valves but there is what looks to be grease that has leaked out of 2 allen screws on the top part of the motor where the camshaft would be not sure what they are for though.

The 440kit blows head gaskets like crazy. Depending on the noise and compression the head bolts could be stripped or I've even seen the cam bearing bolts work loose.

Definatly sounds like the valves or the rocker. I would say a simple valve adjustment and ur good to go. By the way. If you remove your head and steel helicoil where the head bolts go you shouldn't have to worry about the head gasket. I think its a 12mm od by 8mm I'd helicoil. Really easy to do. Just drill straight
