Hello all,

My 1988 champ 100 bogs down and dies when it is throttled. It sat for several years, so I cleaned the carb. Afterwards, it ran fine for a day, then it started bogging down when throttled. I pulled the carb and cleaned it again as well as replacing the plug with no improvement. Any suggestions?

 

OK. I cleaned the carb again (soaked it in cleaner) and blew out every opening with carb cleaner spray. The bike runs better now but I am having some trouble making adjustments on the carb. this is a 1988 YFM 100 with a Mikuni carb. I have a 1988 YFM 80 with the same carb. Any info about the adustment screws would be greatly appreciated.
