Ok, not much info to go on. What vehicle is it? Is it even trying to crank? Is the battery good? If you ran the motor and had too little oil in it, it is possible that you may have siezed the piston. I'd need some more information to try to get the right deterimination of the cause and solution to the problem.

They never made a 400 Grizzly.
You can run with low oil to a point, but if its to low it will cause engine damage. I don't think they have a auto shut down when the oil is to low like a generator.
10,000 miles is a lot of riding. Our 1997 Sportsman 500 only has 8000 and we bought that one new.

Air cooled engines tend to seize the piston and small end bush when short of oil. They free off once the motor has cooled but compression will be lower and the gudgeon pin will probably still be tight. If compression is low enough the engine won’t start. I’ve rebuilt at least a dozen engines where the owner has come in with the bike saying “it ran out of fuel and wouldn’t re-start” or “it just stopped” when the problem has been no oil.
