MEATY tires! I'll be beating them heavily this weekend after we get all our rain and the snow melts. MUD galore

I did notice that the front tends to pull a little harder when the terrain under one tire is softer than the terrain under the other. Almost had an oops right away.

The added tire weight also takes away some of the punch getting them spinning off the line but I will be putting a jet kit on soon. Anyone have any other suggestions for the Grizzly to get up and go a little better? Big wheel clutch kit?

The big wheel clutch kit will make it hold it in a lower overall ratio for a longer time. it'll probably help through the range but it'll still start at the same ratio. so once you're moving you'll see the difference that the clutch kit makes. but it won't change the start.

Dosperado, listen to me instead. YES a clutch kit will give your low end back. When I put some 26" Mudrunners on my Kodiak I had the same problem as you. Until I put on those larger tires I NEVER was forced to use low. But once I put on those tires I was finding that I was being forced to use low. So I installed a clutch kit. I'm now back to where I do NOT have to use low again. Throttle response is now better than when stock. I highly suggest in getting a clutch kit. Although, I think it's highly overpriced since all it is just stainless steel tubing cut in the appropriate lengths. If I would of known that before the purchase, I would of made my own.
