Default 2007 baja wilderness 250 tranny issue

Hey guys I recently bought a 2007 Baja wilderness 250 for my younger brother. After 2 days of riding it the transmission started leaking fluid and the quad only goes in reverse not forward. The chain also became loose. Any idea what could b the issue here. Thanks

The output seal is where theshaft that drives the front sprocket is. The fluid really depends. There is a few different set up's is the fluid red or brown? thats leaking
