Default rain canopy

I am so tired of getting soaked most anytime getting out here in the NW I figured I would try this. The open space below the windshield will have a toolbox made to keep the wind out and be a useful place to keep a small chainsaw and some tools. Might inclose it later, will see how this works first and the plus is it will give a bit of shade in the summer.

I've seen this before, but with someone using the top off of a golf cart. I'm not sure what the speed ratings would be on these. If you are in open areas these would work, but trail riding, or anything in the woods, I see this being cumbersome trying to navigate.

Moved away from the OR coast 1 1/2 years ago and was wondering what you will do about the constant sideways rain?

RR, when it is that bad I don't figure on being out. However, had thoughts about suicide doors and closing in the back. Afraid it would fog up if totally closed in. Will see how this works for a while. Even some velcro curtains might do well when just sitting scoping out game. Will adjust as needed.

If you do try and enclose it in and it starts fogging up, try a small 12v fan to circulate the air. We do that in the utv that we enclosed in.
