My headlight began flopping around a couple years back and I have had a piece of cardboard stuffed under the light to keep it from doing so. As it turns out, there is a plastic tab that the headlight sits in that is in the lower portion of the headlight pod. Do these just break and we have to deal with it every few years, or has someone come up with an upgrade for this to keep from having to go through this?

 

Tabs usually don't break as long as you have that tough little o-ring cross tied to the tab and headlight support and the headlight adjust lever firmly snapped down in the bracket Don't remember hardly any people ever come in with that complaint.
