I'm having a charging issue with a Buyang 90 (loncin engine) that started happening less than a year after purchasing new and dealer is now out of business(bought new April 2010). I have 5 wires coming from the stator (4 in a plug-blackred,bluewhite,and 2 yellow) and the green ground by itself.The regulator has a 4 wire plug (white,red,yellow,green).When I unplug the regulator, I have no resistance reading on yellow to green or white to green(not running).With the engine running, I get 0.1V on both the white to green and yellow to green and 22.5V on white to yellow. With no resistance readings, I'm assuming that the stator is shot! Anyone have any input/suggestions?
