Default Periodically starts-wont stay running

Honda 1985 200s on 200x frame
Replaced Pull Start
Engine will crank, sputter to life, but will die before i can reach to turn off choke. Then many attempts to start are attempted, but no sputter. Wait about an hour, than whole process repeats.

Any suggestions?

Have you cleaned the carb or installed a new carb kit?New plug? Checked or adjusted the valve clearance? If you haven't might be some things to look into.

Hard to do it without taking the carb off. Youtube has several videos on this. Old D Ray from Arkansas has about 4 or 5 videos on this also.
