Spray it down with simple green or something similar then use a hot pressure washer. It should get it off. If not there are plenty of heavy duty degreasers available commercially. I worked at a new car dealership and we had some strong stuff.

Yeah, Id have to agree, Simple Green and a power washer ought to do it. Whatever you do, dont use Super Clean by Castrol. This stuff it lethal, it will totally wreck any aluminum that is on your bike,it will also take paint off and ruin seals and electronics.Use this stuff only if you are cleaning a Bulldozer or something to the like.

Use a spray on wheel cleaner that will clean(break powder dust)that should do it. Any brand, I use stuff from costco it works on everything I have thrown at it so far. Good Luck

I swear by Super Clean. It stands up to it's name!!

I've used the stuff on my machines since it hit the market and never had a problem. It will definately get that coal dirt out of your plastic.

Just don't use it on painted metal!!

Go to a Dollar store and get MEAN GREAN its in a white and orange/blue bottle. What some of the degreaser products if you go with them they can streak/stain your metal and Al. Mean grean is cheap $2 per bottle and it works great and it wont damage anything.

I have had this problem with my jeep and found that Kerosene works great and will not harm the plastic (at least on my jeep). Just saturate a rag and apply it to the area. allow it to soak in for a minute and then use the rag to remove the dust slag etc. Make sure you rinse it well when you are done.
Make sure you rinse the rag and dispose of it properly so you dont have any catalyst left around to combust.

WD40 has removed every little speck of anything on my white plastic.
