DS hesitation cured!
#1
Hi guys, just thought I'd share my solution to my past posts on my DS hesitation. Well at first it was bogging down in deep snow, the jet kit seemed to improve that promblem. Now that the ground is finally dried out, I noticed a slight hesitation while going over whoops or big air jumps, and also after doing a donut. Well I changed my jetting around so many times and ended going back to what Dyno Jet recommended for my elevation. I'm running a 165 main and the clip is on the 2nd slot on the needle jet. My altitude is around 6500' and yet there was still that hesitation. Finally I got a bit wise and while checking the plugs to see how each jet was effecting the engine, I noticed that there was barely any gap in the plug. To make a long story short, the gapping was way off so I re-gapped according to the owners manual and now there is no more hesitation. So if anyone is experiencing what I was, check your plug gap! Finally Spring is here!
