Take the sidecase off.Either the spring bolts came loose and the clutch came apart or the little gears on the arm slipped.Either way that sidecase has to come off. I saw a cluctch on an ATK 50 that had came apart. It didn't do any damage to the cases but need needed new plates. The gears on that arm could be stripped or the arm attached to the clutch (inside the sidecase) could have came out because the e clip on the back of it broke or the little bearing before the e clip has come off and there is not any pressure on the arm. Hope this helps.

Ok i tore the whole thing apart and the clutch is ok. But on the other side that little arm pulls right out. And when i put it back in right it moves freely there is nothin that it is catching on. So maybe the little thing it suppost to catch broke or something. Now I need to know how to get down to that part of the motor to see what happend.
