TB raceporting an HPD rollerclutch
#1
I got my TB all put back together an broke in an got the carb an clutch adjusted. I got the HPD raceporting an head word done. It is a big improvment it has good power an pulls hard out of the corners. I have to say it was worth the money to have it done an would highly recomend it to anyone looking to get there TB's to run quick an strong. My racing season is going to start on friday an the cool part is that they are going to have the races on TV in my area so anyone around the Brainerd area an have Charter cable it will be on Saturday nights with a one week delay.

I'm glad to hear that you are happy with the race mod. Is there a big difference in bottom and top end power than what you had before?
I've got mine all torn down and working on new brakes and HPD's reed conversion kit.
Good luck this year in the races and keep us posted as to how you do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is alot better pulls harder. Tommorow Im going to local dealer an retard it the 2 degree's HPD told me to do. The reed conversion uses the same porting that I got. Good luck with the reed conversion I didn't know they were going to do them till this fall. Thanks will keep you posted

Do you know what yours will run in a 100 yard drag? I know yours is alot lighter than stock but with the reed conversion kit I'm hoping to drop about a full second off my 100 yard drag times.
Thanks again and good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no idea what it will do in a hundred feet. I did retard the timing today an seemed to notice a differnts. it is alot snaper off bottom end now. The power is so much better that you do not have to be stoped to pul the front end up on it can be rolling around 5mph an do a god wheelie from the dead stop no problem don't even have to try. My gearing an tire sise is for the racing. Right now I have a 13 front an 34 rear an 18" tires so with 20' tires bet it would have a good top end at least 55 if not more.
