I was just out in the garage looking at the front end on my magnum when i noticed that the left a-arm was missing the brass bushing off the back of the rod. the uerathane is still there and intact but the brass peice is gonzo! I think it dissintigrated when I collided with an immovable object on a recent ride. Any body ever run into this before? No big, the part is $3.50 and easy to change but is this common?(not that I crash alot)LOL

Yes, I think it is. I taged a tree last year at about 5 mph and (at the time i didnt know it) but i blew out both brass spacers, dorfed up the plastic bushing and bent the inner rod. Good thing it cost around $15 to replace the whole set up, I bought an extra set of the things to keep in the tool box since it seems to get damaged so easily. gj

Thanks, that is a good idea, I'll be doing the same thing i was originaly taking the wheels off to check the front brakes, cuz they were pretty noisy, and found the rotar was scored from too much muddin. One serious mud ride. the pads are at 80%.

Yeah I think this must be pretty common although when I tagged a tree I had just landed a 30+ ft jump at full throttle I'm just glad I only have two wheel drive because PudlJumper did the same kind of thing with his Xplorer it ended up costing him about 2000 for repair's i think that I'll be gettin off for around 300. But I had to replace footwell, front rack and front bumber and all right hand A-arm mounting component's. All simple wrenching
