I have gotten a good deal on this bruin 350 but the idle adjustment doesn't work I have to adjust the cable out to idle up. The idle cable isn't broke and is turning up and down is it trash in carb or some other adjustment it also pops through exhaust when let off gas doesn't run smooth at idle
