scambler 500 belt problem

got a problem with belt coming apart went through three belt I found on the second belt the two bottom motor mount were broke replace them the third belt lasted the longest but it started to come apart on the outside of belt I checked the alignment an its good I got to wait till the new belt gets in before I can check to see how'll it runs on clutch an second drive what should I be looking for when I start it up, an is there something else I can check before I do what ???? Thanks for any help

Have you checked/replaced the ramp buttons in the rear clutch,addressed any problems in the front clutch? With the cover off is the belt running center of the front clutch? Have you checked for any spider cracks in the clutch sheaths that could be causing excessive wear on the belt?Front engine mounts are the worst on separating,but check the top and rear mounts also. Center to center distance between the drive clutch and driven clutch bolts should be 10". If it's a little more, then the front motor mount can be moved outward to reduce the distance and give the belt a tad more slack. Plus don't know what belts you're using ,but stick with oem Polaris belts.

on the back clutch can you open by hand if so i can"t. also got to wait for new belt to get in. I order it on e-bay g force its got kevlar in it but after this one I"ll get one from polaris shop now i no the front clutch has no crackers or the back one but the front has wear on it down at the bottom
