Parking Brake Problem

Default Parking Brake Problem
The emergency/parking brake does not work properly on my Mammoth 500cc 4wd. Setting the brake does not stop it from rolling. Have tried adjusting cable but no better. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Disk or drum brake? have you pulled it apart and checked everything is clean, working and adjusted properly? Drum brakes are good for gettng packed with mud.

Tks ZRock. Have adjusted cable. Hasn't been in mud yet. Ready to pull rear wheels to check if brakes engaging. Tks again. BGC
