Default Gear selector
The gear indicator on my 2006 Sportsman 450 is not showing up. So I can't get into the diagnostic mode. Where is the switch on my atv?

Right next to the shift lever on the gear case. Item #24.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse Check the connections,a little electrical grease and see if it works right. Not uncommon for these plastic rotary switches to short out.
