My quad does not show a reading for speedometer or mileage,just displays 99999 however the all wheel drive seems to work fine. If my hall effect sensor is the problem wouldn't my 4 wheel drive not be working as well? Just joined this site so I hope I am posting it right

 

The 3 wire hall effect sensor just affects the speed and mileage.Common problem on these failing over time. The awd ground path that goes through the speedo is in the main speedo connector. If speedo is screwing up try unplugging it and see if it resets. Best way to tell if awd is working is jack up all 4 tires and kick the awd on.Couple different ways to regain awd if you've lost it. One way is to ground the brown/white wire in the main 16 pin speedo connector to the brown wire or a good ground. This by passes the speedo entirely.If you're the electrical type junkie these posts may interest you if the speedo is faulty.
