I'm trying to trouble shoot a no spark. The vins starts with laps but everything I read says it should have a 5 pin cdi but it has a three plug 6 pin cdi. I have nothing at the coil so it must be the cdi or the stator. I have power going into the stator but nothing coming out to the cdi. I'm not sure if I'm testing wrong or I'm just not a pulse for the cdi. I'm not a atv mechanic just trying to help a friend. Does anybody know which wire out of the stator is the signal for the coil?

 

Top left corner is for the coil.

 

I'm sorry it's a 7 wire three plug cdi. Also everywhere I look it says the stator is no longer available

 

Did you ever find out what the problem was im having similar issues
