Just wandering what else to look for,i personally have repaired clutch, parking brake block off,and pulser pick up coil the cheaper way of replacing the stator on my warrior. But now im loosing spark because i checked it with an ohm meter stator side and the spark was very weak, also grounded the plug on the head and the spark was weak.just want to know what else to look out for im tired of working on this thang i wanna ride

I am having the same low spark condition, except mine has degraded to a no spark condition on my 99 warrior. I have replaced the ignition coil and that did not solve the problem. Since a new stator is ~$320 I would like to try to repair it and am wondering how you repaired your pulse pick up coil? The next item is the CDI sending unit, but again it is a big ticket item that should really not wear out. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Go to ebay and do a search for a pulser pick up coil or look for seller rmstator to see what one looks like.Next take off your stator you will have to drain your oil all you have to do is sauder two wires together it is alot cheaper than a new stator and works if you have low or no spark

usually when a cdi goes out it goes out all at once and burns up. Take the cdi off the bike and sniff the back of it. If it smells burnt then it's probably toast. On ebay you can get a cdi reasonably cheap, you can even get an aftermarket cdi for $90-100 there
