Atv driveshaft

Default Atv driveshaft

Is it possible to switch a drive shaft atv to a chain driven atv

Well...anything is possible if you spend enough time and money...but why? That would be a major undertaking and a step backward. The shaft drive is so much more reliable.

Why.....the shaft drive is so much more reliable. with enough time and money most anything is capable.

Just don't see the point. Shaft drive is so much better than chain drive. Its basically zero maintenance, chain drive requires constant tightening of the chain or it will fall off. Like people asking if a 2wd quad can be made 4wd. Its possible just not feasible. Its just easier to sell what you have and then buy what you want.
