Hopefully someone has seen this, I don't know where to start. Went to start it, turned over briefly and felt like it was hydrolocked....drained old fuel, repaced fuel filter, still the same. Removed spark plug, turned it over and the most of the oil tank emptied into the cylinder and shot out the spark plug hole...turns over freely but made a mess... could it be a pump issue or a bad engine? Any help would be appreciated

 

I would drain your fuel tank. Block off the oil injection. Pre-mix your fuel 32:1. The fill your gas tank with it. Get all the oil out of your cylinder and replace the spark plug or clean it real good and try again.
