04 rubicon transmission trouble
Ok I bought a 04 Honda rubicon with no fire all kinds of stuff was wrong with it got her running finally and now it want shift had code 6 fixed it now have code 4 someone help please!

 

Could be several things...but more than likely the TPS. What I would rec here would be to disconnect the TPS, clean the connector, male and female, and do the same for the ECU. There are some voltage and resistances tests but you will need a manual to do these. Also, do you a healthy battery installed?

 

Where is the TPS located I have replaced the shift sensor but I'm only getting 5.1 on one wire the other two I get nothing I have also replaced the CDI box regulator and ignition coil

 

The TPS is located on the side of the carb. If I remember correctly, the left side while sitting on ATV. Do not remove the TPS, or move it in any way, just disconnect it...clean the connections, then reconnect it.
