#1
Well I went w/bearclaws (25"). Anyway got them on the rims, but I'm having a hell-ava time getting the beads to seat. I got one rear tire seated but it took almost 35 psi to get it. Thats using tire soap too. Anybody have any suggestions, cause I'm running outa options.

i've had my stock 489's off to patch them and it has taken 35-40 lbs to get them to seat also,i use dish soap to lube the beads. i set the tire and rim against a cement block and jump on the rim to start the bead into its seat and turn it over and do the same for the other side. i then start putting the air to it and until they seat. if the beads don't want to keep the air in while inflating i use a ratchet strap around the out side of the tire to press the bead to the rim until it holds the air then start backing off the strap. i hope this helps you.this is the way i use for my truck tires also....
