Help please

What are the two white plastic plugs near the Polaris on the engine an do I put any oil or anything in them ?

Bumping this back up. Don't know why, any threads I approved yesterday didn't work.

OPT would know for sure, I think they may be for timing.

Also looks like bigger issues than just timing.

One is a window to verify timing...the other is where you can put a socket on to turn motor to align timing marks (usually, but OPT will correct me if I'm incorrect)...
