Without seeing it I would have no clue but some guys have had leaks around the rear main seal on the output shaft. But I don't think they said anything about "pouring out" either so we may be looking a totally different problem. Good luck with it.

Check the lower rear corner of the side cover gasket (left side sitting on the machine) I'm on my third gasket now. My dealer said there is a gear or a shaft that puts pressure on the side cover and stretches the bolts. The last gasket he put in was made of a heavier material and it seems to be holding up so far.
I know of a couple other people that had the same problem, all of us have big tires and do alot of hard riding which could be the cause of the problem.

THAT'S IT !!!!!
IT'S LEAKING AROUND THAT SAME SPOT. THE LOWER LEFT SIDE OF THE CASE TOWARD THE REAR.
HOW HARD IS IT TO FIX? WILL I HAVE TO PULL THE MOTOR OR IS THERE A QUICK FIX? IF I PULL THE MOTOR WILL I SPLIT THE ENTIRE CASE OR CAN IT BE SPLIT JUST ENOUGH TO USE A TPYE OF FORM-A-GASKET.

THANKS,

I had my dealer do mine but he did explain it to me. You won't have to pull the motor, just take off the side cover.
I wouldn't use "form-a-gasket" myself, just make sure you get the newer heavier style gasket from Cat.My dealer also used some type of gasket glue to hold it together better, make sure both sides are clean and dry.
One tip I have, would be to get the motor warm and retorque the bolts several times after you get it back together

The leak on the lower left side of the case, I think the update is a new cover, and different bolts, maybe a just a strap between the bolts, not exactly sure, I will ask around. Aczr2k
