the disc brake on my KYMCO 450i side-by-side seems very noisy, rattles while riding and makes noise when brake is applied..any suggestions??

 

Try cleaning with some Crc brake cleaner spray. If that doesn't help,pads are in good shape but still rattle,try the Crc disc brake quiet.
