My 2008 rancher fi light blinks..it cranks but when I press the throttle it dies

 

I think the speed of blinking gives a sort of morse code which can be used to diagnose what is wrong with your engine. Or you may need to "jump" some wires on the diagnostic test plug to fetch them up. It may be easiest to take it to the dealer who can plug the bike into a diagnostic computer, this shows up the problem, and they can then change the sensor/relay/whatever, which has gone wrong.
