no power to the breaker in the bag

Default no power to the breaker in the bag

2002 polaris 500 ho sportsman! after changing the starter, I hooked the battery back up and tried starting it, in that process the netural lite went out, no power to headlights nothing... Help, on the old battery tested bad at 9.4 volts I have a new battery. Still no power to either side of the circuit breaker...???

No power to the circuit breaker can be a shorted fusible link.Branches off the solenoid on the wiring diagram.Check for power on each side of it.Cheapest oem I've found.POLARIS PURE OEM NOS ATV FUSE KIT LINK GREY 2461085 2202147 | eBay Or you can match the size at any auto supply if it turns out to be shorted.Plus left control switches can cause problems.Work the on/off switch back and forth and check that connectors are clean and tight.
