Help, on the old battery tested bad at 9.4 volts I have a new battery. Still no power to either side of the circuit breaker...???

No power to the circuit breaker can be a shorted fusible link.Branches off the solenoid on the wiring diagram.Check for power on each side of it.Cheapest oem I've found.POLARIS PURE OEM NOS ATV FUSE KIT LINK GREY 2461085 2202147 | eBay Or you can match the size at any auto supply if it turns out to be shorted.Plus left control switches can cause problems.Work the on/off switch back and forth and check that connectors are clean and tight.
