I have a 2009 Honda with shifting problem flashes N four times on screen twice slow and twice fast. Replaced angel sensor and check shift motor is working correctly. By jumping power to it. Cleaned all connections and is still flashing. Any help is greatly appreciated

 

Just working on one with the same fault code. It was the segmental gear in the reduction gearbox, behind the ES motor, with two teeth broken off. First thing to check with all ES Hondas is can you change gear with the emergency lever? If you can, then follow the test sequence for that fault code in the manual. If you can't, you have a selector mechanism problem and you must strip it until you find the fault. Usually requires removing the clutch cover, I was lucky this time.
