We just had new clutches put in and it worked great for about 8 hours now doing the same thing. You have to get the rpms high before the bike will shift. Oil is full. Any suggestions would be appreciated

 

Did you use the right oil for the engine? If you used car oil that has friction modifiers that can cause clutches to slip. If you used the correct oil,or oil that's at least jaso rated,I'd take it back to whoever did the work.
