Default 97 trail blazer 250 project help/advice please

Howdy, so long story short I bought my gf 97 trailblazer. Found on Craigslist 350, needs drive belt, front master cylinder, brakes etc petty stuff. Concerned from the beginning due to the guys Storey of having it for a month... cheap price and part availability but I liked that it’s a CVT, electric start and suspension. After bringing it home and started gutting it I remember why I don’t buy cheap stuff off craigslist.... BTW i am currently lacking workshop book which I’m working on finding and I have a few years of auto/diesel wrenching and working on my 07 yz250f. Finding parts/numbers are somewhat Difficult/slim pickins . First time in ATV world so bear with me.

First problem, swing arm pivot bushing is goneon the right side, and has a small chunk of the gear box case. I see no sense in swapping gear case out if I can’t get a bushing. Can’t get a part number(Polaris dealers, Polaris website all MIA) or find these bushing anywhere. Basically I know my options but advice for convicence/ maintenance/price would be great. I found a used set for 00, are they compatible? If I can get a bushing, ideas of what I could weld in to repair that missing chunk and still be able to replace bushing? For worst case scenario ideas for repair/material to make bushing out of? Bronze? Steel?

Second issue oil injection is bypassed. Fuel mix ratio suggestions? I’ve read in general suggestions but hoping to have advice specific to trailblazer/noob rider. I gotta rebuild the carb also, any needle key suggestions to start with, like go bigger etc. Is the oil injection removed/possibly still in there? Considered hooking back.

Third issue, so apparently the front hood/headlamp wasn’t fastened down and became highway decor. It also damaged the control panel, was or now missing ignition switch. What year hoods/ignition switch and control panel are compatible? Control panel necessary/? Figured I’d elminate it.

Fourth issue broken drive clutch, I’m unfamiliar with CVT so I did my reading and YouTube research. Rollers are a bit worn, weights move freely but have slight side place. Nothing appears seized so hoping it may just need a belt . Wanted to spray some PB on the bushing/rollers/weights that has surface rust, have a feeling that maybe a bad idea?

Besides that that everything else is just finding some of the other missing parts/giving it TLC and maintenance it’s been neglected like wheel bearings, where carrier bales ring, lower stem bushing etc. thank you for the time, all/any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’ll keep my eye on this post and reply ASAP. Thank you again
