I bought both these bikes in 1996 and I have had fun with them ever since!!!!! Only problem I have had with these bikes are the starter and that is because I never drain them.

Yep learned the hard way!!!! Drain them after each ride now. I rebuilt the starters for alot cheaper than the dealer wanted, but I DON'T WANNA do it again.

I sealed mine with silicone (around all o-rings) and it seems to be a good thing.

whaley01 I am sorry I didn't correctly read what you wrote.

What I mean by draining the starter. Is you have three plugs on the bottom of the bike that need to be taken out after you ride in water or mud to let the water drain.
