I have a 2001 Polaris 500 sportsman with speedo/AWD issues. Over the last 7 years I have replaced the speedo 2 times to get the AWD to work....I would like to bypass the speedo since I have spent over $500 dollars and to have it go out again. I am the only person who uses the wheeler to plow snow. Please help me find a way to bypass without burning up my electronics on the wheeler.

Have you tried this also? Here's two videos of the same procedure.
If you have done this already,then to actually bypass the awd ground wire(brown/white) from entering the speedo,you can jump the brown/white speedo harness wire to a regular brown ground wire in the speedo harness or you can run to the main grounds location at the ignition coil lower mount tab.
