Default Polaris Phonex 200

HI,
My Son is riding a 2016 Polaris Phonex 200 and I was wondering if anyone has made any performance modifications to one of these? I replaced the carb and installed a jet kit and that has made a huge improvement to starting and throttle response. I think the factory CDI box is Restricting the RPM and at WOT he complains it hits what feels like a rev limiter. If he backs off the throttle and lowers the RPM it stops. The plug looks great after the carb and jet kit, if anything it might be a touch rich so I don't think it fuel related. Has anyone found and installed a aftermarket CDI box in a PHonex 200?
I was also wondering about the clutches. I have searched for clutch kits and have not been able to find anything for this Machine. Does anyone have any experiance with improving the clutches in a Phonex 200?
I can't blame the kid he just wants to go faster but he is just not beg enough for a bigger machine yet.
Thanks for the help!

If you installed a Dynojet kit in the Phoenix(same engine as the earlier Sawtooth) this is the second one I've read about limiting or acting like it. Call Rick Ritter He just loves messing with these engines. Look towards the bottom of the page at some things he offers. He should be able to steer you in the right direction.Ritter Cycle Racing - FAST, NOT FICTION.

Thanks for such a quick response. I just sent Ritter Cycle an email. I'll keep you posted on his response.

I've dealt with Rick in the past. Great guy and definitely would be one I'd recommend.

Not sure if his business has slowed down any, but it used to be better to give him a call. And if his wife answers, you're in good hands there as well. She also knows a thing or two about getting you quad to move a little quicker.

Shows on his site that he has some services on the smaller ones.Don't know how far he's into them but I sure don't know of anyone else that does.

Polaris 200, 325, and 330 Phoenix / Sawtooth: $275
RCR 4 stroke head porting service includes disassembly and reassembly of the valves and springs from your head, complete carbon removal from the combustion chamber, a multi angle valve job as well as a comeplete rework of the intake and exhaust ports.

Thanks for the guidnace however Rick got back to me and told me that he no longer carries anything for the Phonex line. I just sent an email to DynoJet asking if they carry any items for the Phonex? I'll keep you all posted.
