Default Upsizing tires on 2002 sportsman 700

hey all I need help. Looking to buy a set of take-offs from a Polaris dealership with a set of 26x9x12 on the front and 26x11x12 for the rear. Came off a ranger 900. Not sure they are gonna work since I have 25x8x12 in the front and 25x10x12 in the rear. Please let me know what you guys have found out. Thank you.

26" diameter will definitely fit that ATV but I'm not sure if the front will rub or not.

Yeah that’s exactly what I’m hoping someone has tried. I’d like to know if they in fact do rub up front.

If they are too wide it won't be by much. One solution with certain models is to put some thick washers on the studs to space the wheels out the fraction of an inch from the hubs needed. It depends on the tires too as the width isn't necessarily what they're advertised as.

Its that close on clearance in the front? Usually you have a lot more than that. Technically you split the difference in half so its only 1/2" more on each side. It seems that people do this all the time whenever they buy new tires, 1" taller is pretty common.
