brand new carb wont run without choke out

99 Yamaha Bear tracker brand new carb wont run without the choke on. Any suggestions?

Just because carb is new does not mean it is adhusted correctly

You will need a manyal for dactory settings, including float level ad jet size. Air screw adj is normally 1 1/2 turns out to start. Be sure airbox is conected or it will run way to lean.

The choke is adding more fuel...so your pilot is either clogged or it's too small...if your needle is adjustable, set the clip in the middle as a starting point...
