E-Ton Viper 90 build
#1
Hi All
Im working on my daughters E-Ton Viper 90, not the R model. It hasn't run in over 7 years as it sat at my in-laws house the entire time. What I did so far was break it down completely e.g. removed all plastics, took off carb, drained all old fluids and replaced, cleaned carb. Chain looks like its in good condition, just some surface rust and dirt, and it still moves freely. Definitely needs a new battery. I haven't done anything engine wise besides draining fluids. Will be replacing stock filter with a HP cone filter,
Is there anything else I should do to better my chances of a good startup and run?

Might as well blow a cpl bucks on a new plug. lol
I'm presuming the cone filter is a K&N style. I'd stick with foam.
Stick a lil 2 stroke oil in the gas tank till you run it enough to make sure the auto oiler works.
Maintenance the clutch's!

do you happen to have a fuel and oil tank hose routing diagram? or pictures of an example? I made the rookie move of not taking pictures before hand and I just want to make sure I hook it up properly.
