The pin that the assembly swivels on is called the king pin, and the bearings (if it has any) king pin bearings. however there are several names for the swiveling part, knuckle assembly, steering knuckle steering swivel, etc. Can't say that the front end of that model is familiar. If you are stuck, I recon a machine shop could sort out your existing king pin assembly, though genuine parts, if available, would be a lot cheaper.
