Default Suzuki King Quad stuck in gear

I have a late 90s King quad that is stuck in gear and will not roll. I am new to atvs and really dont know what I am doing so any help would be great! I bought it not running but it rolled but once I got it home it will not roll. Any ideas?

The main problem with 90s Suzukis is those stretchy cables they used for every control lever, check they are not jammed or stretched, so the levers on the gearbox don't operate properly.

Thanks for the reply! I tried that and nothing changed. I will add that it does not shift into 4wd and it also randomly does not go into reverse or hi/low/ super low. I pulled the right side cover and I can see where its not turning the gear all the way. Do I need to open up the main transmission?

Are you rocking the bike backwards and forwards when changing gear? As it may not change fully unless the bike is moving and/or engine running. Same goes for Hi lo reverse and 4WD.

I tried rocking it and tried pulling the cord a little and turning the crankshaft. Neither of those work. Is it possible I bent my shift fork while on the trailer?
Thanks!

Doubtful. I have never had a pre-Eiger Suzuki gearbox down, so can't help, I would get a manual and check the whole selector mechanism for faults.

Are you certain you connected the battery the right way round, negative to earth? Check that the main fuse is OK. Check that the earth leads to engine and frame are tight. Check if the wire from fuse to ignition switch has power at the switch.
